And everything nice

That’s what this yummy dish is made of! :)

This is my version of Sweet Spicy Prawns.  I simply squeezed half a lemon on a kilo of prawns and seasoned these with about a tablespoon of sea salt before sauteeing with the pre-simmered carrot strips and 3/4 of a cup of sweet chili sauce.  Easy-peesy, right? ;)
