Carrot and Crab Combo

November 3, 2008 · 3 Comments

What do you do if you don’t want a bunch of carrots in the fridge to go to waste?

Why, make some carrot soup, of course! ;)

And this is just exactly what I did a couple of nights ago…

Made some cheesy carrot soup…

…and paired it off with homemade crabstick croissant

Just perfect for a light yet satisfying dinner! Delish!

Bon appetit! :)

Huwaw! Alas-dose na ng umaga rito, ginutom ako! Grrr! Makakain ko pc ko nito e! Hehe! Corny. :D

Ate, sana ako rin maging kasing creative, adventurous, brave, etc. etc. sa pagluluto. Mamahalin ka na rin ni Jose sa influence mo sakin! Haha! Peace Kuya Keith hanggang sa cooking expertise lang naman.

I’ll let you in on a secret, Twinx… actually a big incentive for me in being more adventurous in the kitchen is, apart from my ever-supportive (and hungry!) hubby, is actually having this food blog! ;) Napu-push kasi ako to “cook away” para magkaroon ng “bloggable” – hahaha!

At touched naman ako about your comment on Jose. Don’t worry, love ka rin naman ni Keith for being so encouraging sa “food adventures” ko! Mwah! :)

Yup – fave ko noon yung version ng Oliver’s sa Pinas. As for the soup recipe, just got it from Del Monte Kitchenomics! :)
