Easy Creamy Tomato Soup

What could be more welcome on a crisp, chilly day than this?

Warm, chunky and tasty… truly comfy… not to mention, loaded with cancer-busting lycopene too!  And I love mine topped with a sprinkling of parmesan cheese and dried basil – yum! :D

What else could one ask for, right? ;)

    Hon, not too much a fan of tomato soups but I must say that your version is good… not too sour or spaghetti sauce like.
