LaPiS: Silogs

Of all the “silogs”, this is, by far, my favorite…

Homemade TAPa (cured beef)…

steaming SInangag (fried rice)…

…and freshly cooked itLOG (sunny side-up) with a side of sliced tomatoes seasoned with vinegar, salt and pepper

Put the capitalized letters all together and what have you got? TAP-SI-LOG! Yey! šŸ˜Ž

Breakfast, lunch or dinner – a plate of this “yumminess” always hits the spot and brings back fond memories of home. šŸ˜€

To check out which “silogs” got the most votes this week, please click on the Lasang Pinoy Sundays (LaPiS) widget on my sidebar.

A flavorful Pinoy Sunday to all! šŸ˜‰

  12. YUM YUM YUM YUMMMMMMM!! I love your tapa with taba-taba…nakupoooo! kaya kong ubusin isang kilo yata nyan! ha ha ha!

Hahaha! Kakatawa ka talaga, Manay! šŸ˜† Actually, garlic-garlic yon dahil most cuts of beef they sell here are lean na – kaya nga nagrereklamo yung asawa ko – kulang daw ng taba! šŸ˜€

Agree ako na mas okay ang homemade dahil at least you know what went into the dish and sigurado kang walang preservatives or MSG na harmful sa kalusugan, di ba? šŸ˜‰

  17. ako rin, I eat silogs with kamatis, even chicksilogs šŸ˜€ i think nakuha ko yun from eating sa mga pares and tapsilugan around UST šŸ˜€

Chicksilog? Have yet to try that one. šŸ™‚ Oo nga, napansin ko nga na maraming tapsilogan around UST so you must have been “spoilt for choice” – hahaha! šŸ˜€
